Solutions tailored to your needs
We limit the empty space, select the level of protection and design convenient opening. We can prepare structures for one product, a whole family of sizes or a reverse process.
Designed structures that are easy to assemble and comfortable for the recipient.
Resealable solutions that simplify customer returns.
Consistent identification, messages and internal elements that build the shopping experience.
From the packing station to the customer
In online sales, the parcel passes through sorting centers, conveyors, cars and collection points. It must protect the order, fit within the selected delivery channel, and give the recipient an easy way to open it - without adding unnecessary bulk.
Shipping structures prepared for quick assembly and aesthetic opening.
A set of formats tailored to the product basket and the most common order configurations.
A second closure or design that allows the customer to prepare a safe return.
Inserts and product layout planned for presentation and regular shipment.
Protection without carrying air
We start the project with the dimensions, weight and susceptibility of the product to damage. We check whether the package contains one item, several basket variants or a set that requires separate compartments.
A well-chosen format limits the movement of content and the amount of additional filling. Inserts, divisions and crumple zones can protect sensitive areas without excessively increasing the size of the package.
It is worth basing a family of boxes on sales data. A few well-thought-out formats can handle most orders, simplify the packaging warehouse and make it easier for the operator to choose the right box.
The cost of the entire process
The final cost is also determined by the packaging time, tape and filling consumption, warehouse occupancy and the size of the shipment. Design should be assessed in relation to the entire process, not just the unit price.
Repeatable formats help organize the packaging inventory and work stations. In the case of large volumes, we analyze the possibility of simplifying assembly and cooperation with used devices.
Recipient experience
A perforation or tear strip reduces the need to use the knife and improves convenience.
An additional strip or tab allows you to prepare the product for return.
Inserts stabilize products and help plan an attractive presentation after opening.
Internal and external printing can convey instructions and build recognition.
Packaging and automation
The box should fold intuitively, maintain its form during filling and allow for repeated closing. The number of operator movements is important, especially when there are a large number of parcels.
If the process involves forming machines, sealing machines, labeling machines or conveyors, we take into account the requirements of these devices before preparing the die and prototype.
Material and print
We select cardboard according to the weight, dimensions, sensitivity of the product and expected loads. Light clothing has different requirements than glass, electronics or a multi-element set.
We determine the scope of printing and finishing depending on the expected effect, budget and method of using the packaging. Before mass production, it is worth checking the design on real products.
Based on products and order data, we will prepare a proposal of formats for testing.
