Solutions tailored to your needs
We analyze sensitive areas of the product and how it is handled in the warehouse. We combine boxes, wrappers, dividers and corners into a security system tailored to the entire delivery process.
Boxes and wrappings designed to fit a piece of furniture or a set of elements for self-assembly.
Spacers, corners and fillings protecting surfaces, edges and fittings.
Orderly arrangement of parts and accessories facilitating assembly and assembly at the customer's site.
Product protection system
Furniture, fronts and equipment elements differ in size, weight and susceptibility to scratches and impacts. Effective packaging should especially protect corners, edges, decorative surfaces and protruding fittings, and at the same time not complicate packaging and transport.
Boxes, hoods and wraps adapted to the shape of the product and the method of transport.
Organized sets of boards, fittings and instructions prepared for flat-pack logistics.
Spacers and edge protection limit contact of sensitive surfaces.
Smaller packaging and internal divisions supporting the completion of sets.
Protection tailored to your risk
We start the analysis with the product's weight, dimensions and center of gravity. We determine which surfaces cannot come into contact with cardboard or other elements of the set, where there are sharp edges and how the package will be lifted.
The outer box can be combined with corners, spacers, inserts and spacers. Internal elements hold parts in planned positions, separate surfaces and help transfer loads to stronger zones of the structure.
In self-assembly kits, the packing order is also important. Appropriate arrangement of boards, fittings and accessories simplifies picking, reduces the risk of shortages and can make it easier for the customer to unpack the product.
Transport and storage
The size of the packaging affects the use of the pallet, storage space and vehicle. We design the layout to reduce unnecessary volume while maintaining the space required by protective zones.
We select the parameters of the cardboard and structure according to the stacking and actual loads. For heavy or unusual products, it may be necessary to prepare a prototype and tests in conditions similar to the planned distribution.
Elements of one system
Protection of edges and areas most exposed to impact and pressure.
Separation of boards, fronts and other surfaces packed in one set.
Stabilization of fittings, legs, handles and elements with irregular geometry.
The outer cover is selected according to the size, closing method and packaging process.
Production and completion
The structure should be easy to assemble and clear to the operator. We limit the number of loose parts where the level of protection allows and provide convenient access when loading the product.
For larger series, we take into account automation, storage of semi-finished products and ergonomics of the station. Markings on the packaging can support variant identification, orientation and control of the completeness of the set.
Design parameters
The wave type, paper weight and packaging geometry must correspond to the product weight, required stacking and transport conditions. Material thickness alone does not replace proper load distribution.
We check the finished series for compliance of dimensions and workmanship with the approved design. We determine the appropriate material option after knowing the client's product and process.
Submit furniture or set details. We will propose a packaging structure and protective elements for the prototype.
