Fruit and vegetables are susceptible to pressure, impact and movement during transport. Well-selected packaging helps reduce mechanical damage, organize the flow of goods and use space from packaging at the manufacturer to display in the store.

Corrugated cardboard trays and boxes
A structure designed for a specific product
Packaging for light berries requires different parameters than those for root vegetables or larger fruits. Therefore, the size, type of cardboard, number of layers, edge height and hole arrangement are determined based on the product and the customer's process.
The corrugated paper layer between the flat layers gives the cardboard a favorable weight to strength ratio. Properly designed edges help stabilize the contents, and the structure can be adapted to stacking and a specific pallet arrangement.
We design ventilation holes when cooling and storage methods require it. Their arrangement must take into account both the air flow and the required load-bearing capacity of the walls and bottom of the packaging.

The tray or box format can be adjusted to the product quantity, pallet size, warehouse equipment and cargo space. Repeatable dimensions simplify picking and allow you to better plan the number of packages in a layer.
The protection of the contents depends not only on the material itself, but also on the geometry of the structure, the way the products are arranged and the loads occurring during transport. We analyze these elements before preparing a prototype and selecting the target cardboard.

Material and quality control
Paper solutions from proven sources
Depending on the specifications, we can use FSC® certified papers. The possibility of recycling the finished packaging depends on its design, additives used and the local waste management system, which is why we set material parameters individually for a specific order.
Each series is checked for compliance of workmanship and agreed parameters. If the packaging is to have direct contact with food, material and formal requirements must be determined before starting the project.
